Quiz

Quiz is a form of fun or games in which points are scored for answering questions correctly. Quizzes can be based on some rules of competition with others or oneself (time to respond, points awarded for correct answers, etc.), which makes them a highly motivating mechanism. In their educational function quizzes are often used to examine one’s competence in a less restrictive form than a test or examination.
