Audioconference

Audioconference (teleconference) is a voice connection between at least three persons. It allows to make a group conversation via telecommunication links (either stationary or mobile).  Unlike a videoconference (that also allows to transmit the video between interlocutors) its participants can communicate with the use of voice only. The educational purpose of audioconferences is to provide a substitute for meetings, exchange of views or discussion.
